Shipping Policy – Preorder Baked Cookies

Thank you for your order! Because our cookies are baked fresh in small batches, all orders are preorder only and ship on designated dates.

📦 Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped the set date provided on each item via United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time to preserve product quality and freshness.

🇺🇸 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to international addresses.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes if USPS delivery cannot guarantee timely arrival.

🍪 Freshness & Packaging

  • All cookies are baked fresh before shipment.

  • Each order is heat-sealed and carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially during warm weather.

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • USPS transit delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Weather conditions or natural events

📬 Delivery Time Estimates

USPS delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

⚠️ Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for perishable products.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

Once your order is handed over to USPS, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review and work with you to find a fair solution.

📅 Holiday Shipping

During holidays or high-volume periods, shipping times may be extended due to USPS delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
